A sales team with the right training: sales techniques, product range, decoration trends…? A corporate portal where the Graiman sales team and its clients can find all the training material in an audio-visual format, with the possibility of evaluation, certification, follow-up, etc.? Mibalia took on the challenge with the development of the Graiman.edu platform, the commercial training portal for our client Graiman in Ecuador. To do this, we brought into play our expertise in the ceramic tile sector and its sales process, providing specific content that would contribute to enriching the content of the courses, as it is a very specific content for which there is practically no didactic material. From now on, users can take different training courses at their own pace, from a computer, tablet or mobile phone. And for their part, the Graiman teaching team can evaluate the monitoring and evolution of that information. The project is divided into two distinct parts: the development of the platform and the development of the training content in collaboration with Graiman.
